The service currently supports common video formats such as MOV, MPG, MPEG, MP4, AVI, MKV, WebM, and FLV, with a current product limit of up to 1GB per file for the main workflow.

• The contents of the media files you convert
• The audio extracted from those files
• Personal account registration data, because the core tool does not require signup
• Your name, phone number, or mailing address through the converter workflow itself
• File contents for the purpose of building user profiles

Technical Information We May Collect

To operate the website, measure usage, and protect the service, we may collect limited technical information such as:
